The atmosphere was so warm and down-to-earth, which I really appreciated. I was particularly impressed with how accommodating you were about potentially bringing my 6-month-old baby. Knowing that was an option really put me at ease, even though she ended up staying home with my husband. I was thrilled that my appointment ran early, and the stylist who cut my hair did an absolutely fantastic job. She made me feel like myself again, and I love my new haircut. I also want to commend you for being open late nights. As a mum, that flexibility makes such a huge difference. Its so hard to find time for myself, and your hours made it possible. The quality of the extensions is incredible, they feel so natural, and the application process was seamless.
