1 /5 Donya SH: I wish I had checked reviews before entering the store. I ended up paying $90 for a manicare and pedicure, and now my toe is swollen and bleeding. My nails are even worse! Despite transferring them $75 on credit, I wanted to pay $15 in cash, but the lady yelled at me without reason. I left unsatisfied, paying the full amount. To make matters worse, my nails werent shaped properly, there was clear nail polish on my skin and if you look through the pictures it’s circle bubbles too. Despite informing her of my dissatisfaction, she promised to fix it but she didn’t. she rushed everything and left nail powder on my hands then instead of cleaning she and she quickly put hand cream instead.

1 /5 Vida Saeidi: Had the worst experience ever visiting Tiffany nails in Broadmeadows for a full set. I specifically explained the shape that I desired beforehand, but however the staff did not care to listen and continued to do the opposite of what I asked for and when I complained about it she got angry at am and told me to just wait until she is done while rolling her eye at me. She was so aggressive that she cut my cuticles and it started bleeding however she did not even apologise. Once she was done and I told her I wasn’t happy with the shape, she got super angry, stood up and aggressively tossed her nails equipment aside while yelling at me telling me that she doesn’t want to finish doing my nails. I had to stand up for myself and tell her to lower her voice and be respectful but regardless she kept yelling and started explaining her awful behaviour to other costumers as if they were complaining. The owner, Wendy, came out from the back to see what is going on and after explaining the situation to her she did not care about her staff’s awful behaviour and did not even apologise to me. She just told me to go home and wait for her to call me to come back there so she could finish off my nails. Obviously, I left feeling disrespected and abused and never went back there. I wish I had recorded the situation so that I could show everyone how disgusting and ridiculous these people are. I have seen many more reviews similar to mine and I wish I had read the reviews and never gone to their salon. Do not visit this salon if you care about being respected and achieving the results you want. Learn from my mistake and all these other bad reviews.

1 /5 Sylvana Z: Absolutely disgusting!!! I was actually recommended to this place by another person. So in I went asking for a certain person to do my nails. After I got asked how I like my nails I got told sorry I can’t do that. All I asked for was thinner more tapered coffin nails. I got nails that are so thick and just yuck!!! When I said please fix the shape I got told I was to picky!!!! Excuse me? I have acrylic stuck on my skin, the black French I got is all wobbly and I walked out paying $75!!! If I could give this place 0 I would have!!!

1 /5 Smindra Younan: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! I went in on Thursday afternoon for a refill, chose a colour, when she was done with my nails I had 2 scratches on my hand because of her sharp nails, my nails looked bumpy and thick because of the amount of coats she put and there was even so many little black dots stuck on the clear coat, got charged $50 for a refill, I didn’t argue i just paid and left unhappy. I returned the next day on Friday to tell them that I didn’t like their job and that I wanted them to redo the colour with less coats so it doesn’t look thick, the same lady that done them on Thursday started screaming with some to no English, she charged me extra $30, I could’ve got a refill and a pedicure somewhere else for $80 THEY ARE LITERALLY RIP OFFS, she’s a old lady with glasses my friend told me that she normally does pedicure. The most disrespectful worker I have ever seen, if you don’t wanna work stay home no need to take your negativity outside. She kept telling me that it’s not her fault and that it’s because of the old place i went to they made them thick, however the place I went to before they’re amazing, my nails always look on point, only came to Tiffany nails because they were busy and I needed mine done ASAP. The owner needs to reconsider their workers or even train them on how to respect costumers, because without us customers they won’t have a job. But clearly the owner doesn’t care since I walked passed the other nail salons in Broadmeadows and Tiffany was the least busy that afternoon, no wonder why!

1 /5 Tegan Jasmine: Me and my friend went in for nails and a pedicure. OK.. Pedicure took a whole 15 minutes. Didnt even do my feet properly. Disgusting. Shellac. Didnt apply right colour at all even after I told her its wrong. She told me pretty much to bad as they are close to closing, didnt even apply the right amount of layers. My friends nails are completely crooked. Worst nails ever. The length is nothing what we asked for. So rude. Didnt even say goodbye or anything when transferring money. Even asked for $5 extra when we asked for a longer length.. Also glue was left all over my fingers, dried up an all.. Having to pick it off myself. Worse service. Rude. And disgusting!! Will never go back. Only went because the other two were fully booked and we were desperate lol.
