Salman Ali Our experience with this conveyancing firm was deeply disappointing and frustrating. One of the most unacceptable aspects was their complete failure to provide a shortfall summary until the very last minute, leaving us blindsided and unprepared for final settlement. This level of disorganization and poor communication is simply inexcusable.
To make matters worse, we were charged a staggering $950 for conveyancing, on top of $600 in disbursements—costs that felt inflated and entirely unjustified given the lack of service quality. There was no transparency, no accountability, and certainly no value for money.
This ordeal has left us with an overwhelmingly negative impression, and we would urge others—particularly first-time home buyers—to avoid this firm at all costs. Their negligence and lack of professionalism caused unnecessary stress during what should have been an exciting time. Look elsewhere. You deserve better.

Nishan Joseph I recently used National Conveyancing Group Pty Ltd for the sale of my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They took care of absolutely everything and made what could have been a stressful process feel incredibly simple and straightforward.
The entire team was professional, efficient, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. Everything was explained clearly, and the process moved along seamlessly from start to finish. It honestly couldn’t have been easier.
If you’re looking for a conveyancer who’s reliable, easy to work with, and truly knows their stuff, I highly recommend National Conveyancing Group. A five-star service all the way!

Salman Ali I would like to share my experience with this conveyancing firm, which I found to be highly unprofessional and unethical. As first-time home buyers, we were initially quoted one amount for their services, only to find additional, unexpected disbursement fees later on. These extra charges felt unreasonable and were not transparently communicated from the beginning, which was frustrating.
Throughout the process, we struggled with delayed responses and a lack of timely settlement figures. We were particularly disappointed with the service provided by Sarita and Manpreet, who made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. It appeared that they may specifically target first-time home buyers, knowing we would have less experience with the process.
One of the most troubling aspects was the lack of a shortfall summary until the very last minute, leaving us unprepared for final settlement. The total cost of $950 for conveyancing, plus an additional $600 for disbursements, felt excessive and unjustified.
Unfortunately, this experience has left us with a negative impression of their services, and I would strongly advise others—especially first-time home buyers—to consider alternative conveyancers.
