1 /5 Salman Ali: I would like to share my experience with this conveyancing firm, which I found to be highly unprofessional and unethical. As first-time home buyers, we were initially quoted one amount for their services, only to find additional, unexpected disbursement fees later on. These extra charges felt unreasonable and were not transparently communicated from the beginning, which was frustrating.
Throughout the process, we struggled with delayed responses and a lack of timely settlement figures. We were particularly disappointed with the service provided by Sarita and Manpreet, who made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. It appeared that they may specifically target first-time home buyers, knowing we would have less experience with the process.
One of the most troubling aspects was the lack of a shortfall summary until the very last minute, leaving us unprepared for final settlement. The total cost of $950 for conveyancing, plus an additional $600 for disbursements, felt excessive and unjustified.
Unfortunately, this experience has left us with a negative impression of their services, and I would strongly advise others—especially first-time home buyers—to consider alternative conveyancers.
