Nola Jones The service and communication from the conveyancing team was dreadful. We had to chase them up every step of the way. We paid for a service that we felt we had to keep chasing. When we asked questions regarding things we had no idea about, we felt we were spoken to like we were idiots. We were given misinformation regarding services at settlement, causing a great deal of stress and anxiety. It’s also not cool to use staff illness (while we realise it’s upsetting) as an excuse. You should never disclose personal illness details to clients. These are irrelevant to us engaging your service. Never received a call back from the owner of the business, despite our written request -again given excuses including illness. Not heard a word since settlement- yet lovely post settlement communication from the different company we engaged for conveyancing of our new home.

Let them represent you, if you are comfortable losing everything but the shirt on your back, If you do let them handle your legal problems I’d sooner Cut out the Middle man and Save yourself $50,000 and just transfer your house, kids, future income and assets your ex partner. It’s less time consuming And the result will be the same. 10/10 for defending themselves. And sales tactics , 0/10 for defending the client. It’s a miracle they are allowed to continue practicing law.

Katie E Absolutely appalling! Upon arrival I was asked if I was in the right place and had an appointment! She was so very rude and dismissive. Karen was out, as she forgot about my appointment!! They were going to call her but ended up doing paperwork instead, and left me waiting. You dont often meet people that treat you so badly and make you feel upset and disappointed. I was obviously seeing a lawyer for help, not to be so put down. Definitely do not use this firm. So rude and unprofessional, imagine if they were representing you. What a mess. Avoid these nasty women, dont waste your time, like they wasted mine. Disgusting behaviour.

The owner of this business is arrogant. Her communication is poorly written and convoluted. Having been disappointed with the quality and content of her work, I provided feedback. For my feedback (which was aimed to be constructive) she then terminated my contract. This was a simple separation matter where both parties are amiable however Im $5K down and no further forward. Avoid!
