Jasmine Reyes My car broke down over the weekend and they helped me get it to them even when they were closed. Their prices are so great! Their service is amazing. They replaced parts, rotated and filled my tires, checked my breaks. They are all so kind and explained things in a way that made sense to me and was not condescending. I sometimes feel car places try to take advantage of those with a lack of car knowledge, not Cross Tech, they’re the best and good people. I HIGHLY recommend

Angela Marks I am so incredibly grateful to Hill Country Collision Burnet for the INCREDIBLE work they did repairing my Jeep Wrangler after an accident. The insurance company was a big challenge but Chris Gardiner very patiently worked with them to ensure they paid for all of the costs of my vehicle. We also opted to purchase some really cool after market parts for the Jeep. Some parts were very tricky to install, but Chris and his team were committed to making it happen for me. They were incredibly professional. Communication and service were excellent. Start to finish it was a smooth process. They turned my boring Jeep into my dream Jeep and Im thankful for all of their hard work. Im so glad I trusted them with this service! They did not disappoint!

Anya Anderson-Watkins 10/10 recommend. Everything was so seamless! Its plenty to eat or do while you wait for your car. I went to work out at the gym across the street. I got 4 tires replaced and a wheel alignment. They did it all under an hour! Car running smooth! I will be back! Oh I didnt have my wallet or card since I was working out but they do tap to pay for the win!

Zoom Zam Zoomed This place is veteran owned and operated. I stopped in with ac issues and needed a part put on. This company went above and beyond. I was greeted warmly when I walked in the door and they were up front about prices and will definitely work with you any way they can. They actually care about their customers. I’d never been there before, but if I need anything else fixed on my vehicle I’ll definitely go out of my way to go back there. My vehicle was top notch when they completed the work.
