1 /5 SDW: Started out good, with a glowing referral. It ended up being the worst experience with a car repair in my 66-year life. Hail damage April 2024. Accepted the car in June. Didnt start it until July, running thru my car rental and forcing me to rent another 3 weeks not covered by insurance. Why? There was no reason to hold it. When I got it back at the end of July, the plastic cover behind my rearview mirror fell off within 2 blocks. The driver door handle wasnt reinstalled properly. There was someone elses car part sitting in the back seat. But the worst? A half-inch gouge in the passenger side interior panel from replacing the door after repair/paint. The car wasnt even 11 months old. Since then, its been sweet talk and stall after stall after stall. Promised it in October, December, January, February, and mid-March. 24 emails, more than a dozen live phone calls, and another dozen voice mails. I needed this done to sell it, I am moving overseas now in just a few weeks. It wont get fixed, and I have to pay the price for the damaged panel in selling it for less than its value. Nice people? Yes. Trustworthy, or competent? Not in my experience.
