Jeremy Pierce Had Chris replace a water pump and thermostat on our Highlander and work on our AC in our Mazda. He communicated well about the process, where he was in the repair, and when to expect completion. He worked hard to get the best quality parts and repairs were taken care of quickly. I called around for what I thought would be major repair involving our Dodge journey and was met with shops just saying bring it in and they’d diagnose but the repair time could be a few weeks. Here, the owner Rocky took time to discuss my concerns over the phone and was confident they could diagnose the exact cause of the issues and have it repaired quickly. My husband had also repaired several things on the car himself and they took time to discuss his thought process to his diagnosis of the vehicle issues, we’ve never had a shop be so receptive and actually listen to us so intently before even bringing the vehicle in! We dropped our vehicle off and it was repaired within 2 days! There were several issues and they were incredibly thorough and kept us informed every step of the way! We weren’t able to have all repairs completed at that time due to financial strain but took our vehicle back a few weeks later to have everything completed and it was fixed within a few hours!

Kimberly called me, explained they were still in good condition that there was no need to replace them now. Jacob did a great job walking me through the process, and Fabian had my ticket written up and me out the door before I knew it. Asher If youre looking for a reputable, honest, and communicative mechanic in Lubbock, look no further than Prock Automotive! Im a bit of a hypochondriac when it comes to my car, and brought it in over a small noise that it had started making. The first time I brought it in, they fixed my A/C up (for a reasonable price) since it hadnt been functioning at 100%, but the noise was still there. Brought my car back in to have it looked over more thoroughly; after inspecting the underside they adjusted my brake pads, but couldnt find anything to be concerned about! They returned my car to me free of charge, despite taking out time to replicate the sound I had noticed, check for any visible issues, adjust what they could, and test it again to ensure that the adjustment helped. My car had to be kept at the shop for a couple of days due to the volume of jobs they had, but they still took time to get my car looked at as quickly as they could! I greatly appreciate their communication with me, as they kept track of the status of my car and happily gave me updates each time I called about it. I was worried that calling each day would be bothersome, but I was always met with friendliness and knowledge about what exactly had been done with my car since the last time I called. I will be coming back after this experience, not just for the honesty they approached the job with, but also for the excellent customer service!
