2 /5 Trinity White: I usually love this place but this last time my nails weren’t up to par as usual. I get Gel X so that my nails look thin but my tech added extra clear coats under the uv light which made them super thick. I asked for long nails and she kept cutting them down with scissors after I said they were good, all the nails are super uneven lengths. The pinky nail is already coming off after two days because it is partially attached to my skin, not the nail. Also, the uv light was burning every nail which I’ve never experienced so I’m not sure what the issue was there. There are dents in the gel because it’s so thick it didn’t finish under the light properly. My cuticle was also bleeding by the time I left the salon. I was too frustrated to say anything in the moment but they’re nothing like what I wanted.
