Jordan Garrison The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Ive never been to a nail salon where I didnt feel rushed through the service. At this salon I was able to relax and leave happy from my experience. Both of the nail techs who helped me were absolutely wonderful and did a beautiful job. I have never left anywhere 100% happy with my nails before because they wouldnt be even, they would be misshapen etc. But I left this salon with the most beautiful symmetrical nails i have ever had and I am so appreciative of that. T did a incredible job and has a amazing attention to detail. For all of these reasons I have found my new nail shop! Thank you guys for a wonderful experience!!!

Leah Frank I had an amazing experience with Han. She was super thorough and did an amazing job recreating the design I showed her. I could tell she really cared about her work and making every detail perfect! I’m actually planning on booking with her again next week for my new set.

sheri woody Love the staff here. I have come here for 4 yrs. Cindy does an amazing pedicure. She has the touch for massage and thats my favorite part. Ty also does a beautiful pedicure, and has a great touch for massage!! On top of that she gives an immaculate pedicure. Lynn & Emily do great manicures, i get dips, love it! They can do whatever it is you want! Love their work!!! Wine and mimosa’s or soda and hot tea too! If I could give more stars I would!❤️

Rachel Stewart I love this place. Always friendly, good drinks and peaceful environment. I’ve had dip done by Yen and pedicure with Lisa. Both did a phenomenal job. Prices are fine, with variety of colors for nails and services.

Destiny Seriously the best spot. Upscale drinks and experience. Staff is SO kind. This is my second time here and I will be back!! I’m very picky about my nails and the techs are so accommodating. I will recommend this place to everyone! A bit pricey, but ultimately worth it.

Jessica Martinez Gem Nail spa is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to! The environment is always warm and welcoming. Ann has done my nails the las t few times I’ve came and I always leave happy! Moving to Austin soon but they are so good here I’m going to have to stop in anytime I’m in town!!

Emily McNeal I’ve been going here for a few years now and the people and vibes are always great! Lucie is by far my favorite nail tech I’ve had and always does a beautiful and consistent job. Highly recommend this place!

Loved that they took their time to truly perfect the nails and I didn’t feel rushed like I normally do in nail salons. Truly a great experience and will be coming back regularly!

taylor jones This is my second time getting builder nails from them, and they are amazing. I had a different color at first but I didn’t like it so I came back the next day and they changed the color with no problem! The customer service is amazing and everyone is so friendly. My natural nails are growing beautifully.
