1 /5 Do You Naturally: I had my nails done on 3/28. Was supposed to be Gel nails. One popped off on 3/30. I came in to have it redone only to realize that I was given acrylic instead of gel nails. Then I had to come back 4/1 to have another one redone. Only to get back home and yet another one popped off. Ive had my nails done for decades and this has never happened. They also said that they had no way to give a receipt. My service was one amount and I was charged another amount when I looked at my bank statement. Certainly wont use the services here again.

5 /5 Michelle Nichols: Love the service here but customers have become so disrespect. It started with one person listening to a show at full volume. Then the woman next to me started listening to a political show which made her views obvious. Then a third woman had a phone conversion on speaker talking about her medical problems. I come to get my nails done while relaxing and this was the most stressful experience ever. I have nothing against the service but would suggest they ask customers to keep their devices silent or use headphones.

1 /5 Zachary Burton: My wife called two days in advance and scheduled a appointment for 5pm on Dec 8th. Went up there for the appointment was told there was no appointment. She was told come back at 6 and we will do it. Ok sweet. She went back in at 6 and they didnt acknowledge her at all or even start so waited almost an hour and watched ppl walk in and get out ahead of her. Y schedule time if it wont be honored then get told come back in an hour and we do that just to sit around for nothing. Will be taking her else where. Thanks for nothing!! Glad to waste our night waiting around for her to get ignored and not get her eyelashes done. Dont try to schedule with them they will just act like it didnt happen.
