1 /5 Angelique Southern: I used to love coming here but now I’m done. The quality has gone done over the past year and it’s pretty saddening as expensive as they are. My nails would stay on literally an entire month if I let them. Lately they’ve start popping off after barely a week and a half. My nail tech tried to charge me $90 for this french tip full set with REGULAR polish. $40 for the full set and $50 for the french tip on these tiny nails. (Mind you, I said I got regular polish because they both last just as long for me personally.) Now who in the world would try and over charge for finger tip length PLAIN french tip nails? And here’s the kicker. I haven’t even had these a week and the two corners broke on one nail. Speak up if you think/know you’re being overpriced and talk to the manager! I ended up paying $50 for the nails. Overall, I’ll be looking for a new shop to go to on the regular.

2 /5 CSC: The first time I visited this salon, I had a great experience so I thought I’d come back again. I love the atmosphere, the complimentary drinks, and how big the salon is. The second time was not as good at all. The person who did my pedicure was rushing the entire time, wasn’t friendly, didn’t talk to me or ask me if I liked how the color looked on my nails before proceeding or check in with me about the length of my nails. This is pretty standard at most nail salons I’ve been to and during my first visit here, the nail technician asked me all of those things and was much friendlier. This time, the person who did my nails acted as if she was annoyed with me when I asked questions. After my second experience, I’m not really impressed and not sure if I’ll come back. If I do, I definitely do not want the person who did my pedicure today. I get being busy but I would still expect to have a great experience regardless. I don’t mind the higher prices but if I’m paying a higher price for a service, I’d expect the service to be better

5 /5 Bresja Marshall: Customer service at this nail bar was great! From beginning to end my first experience here was awesome. Waiting at the bar with a nice glass of wine until my nail tech was available was great. Cindy (Sunny) was an amazing nail tech. She offered a wonderful service and great conversation. She made me feel right at home. Not to mention she made my feet and legs feel amazing as well. I will definitely be back.

1 /5 Anna York: Nice people and environment, and that’s about all the positive things I can say. I just got the worst manicure and pedicure of my life from this place, I got to my car and just started crying and came home to fix it myself, I didn’t want to go back inside or cause any drama. I got a very basic one color on my toes and nails, no extensions or anything and she cut my nails unevenly, way too short (without asking), Cut my skin, and left dried hard gel underneath most of my nails along with the nail color messy around my cuticles. Without exaggeration I have done better with my non-dominant hand at home with just nail polish, I’m so disappointed as this was a treat to myself and it’s just ruined. The photos I’ve posted are the ones I took after fixing them up myself at home, you can still see the poor quality.
