I took it to a Ford dealer, got an estimate to replace the body mounts, that’s what was making the noise, for $2,800. He gave me an estimate, $1,000, I made an appointment, he fixed my body mounts on time and at the quoted price. Great place to get your vehicle fixed.

jacob ramirez Just picked up my car and is it night and day. Took my car a while back to the dealership where I bought it from, because of some vibrations that were happening while I was accelerating. They plugged in the sensor machine and no codes came back so they said there was nothing to fix, didnt test drive it or anything. Within 30 seconds of driving my car, Mr. Parker confirmed what I was describing to him and knew what was wrong. While it was being repaired he discovered another problem that would have cost me a lot more down the road (water pump issue). Mind you this is the first major repair my car has needed since buying it, almost a decade ago. It is now so much smoother, no more vibrating or loud noises. I definitely plan on returning in a few months to get my 100k mile check up. Also the work was done in a very timely manner, much appreciated on that. Very professional, told me exactly what the plan was, I felt very confident in the service I was gonna get and did get at that!
