5 /5 Kaitlyn Borromeo: I had a wonderful experience at The Nail Spot & Spa! Ms. Mary was absolutely amazing, so sweet and patient. She took her time to make sure my nails were perfect, and the hibiscus design she drew was stunning! I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the care she put into her work. Definitely coming back for my next time!

1 /5 Carter Telitha (TeliJoy is Losing It): I decided to try a new place. I got a gel manicure and pedicure on Saturday. It is currently Wednesday and my manicure and pedicure are both clipping. Also my manicure has bubbles and the gel in the cuticles were not cleaned. A waste of money. I could have gotten better quality at home. I will not be returning.

1 /5 Joneisha Vallair: Today, I visited The Nail Spot and left feeling very disappointed. Despite being a loyal customer for years and having always enjoyed pleasant experiences, today was different. The manicurist did my nails sloppily, despite my attempts to express my dissatisfaction. Even when another staff member intervened, the quality didnt improve. The owner, while aware of my displeasure, continued attending to other customers. Feeling frustrated and unwilling to cause a scene, I decided to leave without getting my toes done. Only then did the owner acknowledge the issue and agree that my nails needed fixing, although she wasnt available to do so immediately. While I wish the business success, I wont be returning as a customer due to feeling undervalued.

5 /5 Citlaly Paz: I went when they were short staffed but I got sat instantly. they did amazing! Nails look great and M-F from 10-3 I saw they gave 20% off! I would go back again ❤️ I will say it’s a little pricey but for how my nails look that’s no problem

5 /5 Angela Calhoun: I received amazing service. I showed them a picture and the end product blew me away. They all work together to take care of their customers. If you haven’t been here, you need to go. I got cat eye nails. The color I brought in was a lot darker, but she added a red she had and my nails turned out better than I expected. They also provide fast and friendly service.
