Isaac Mejia Martinez This VA facility has earned 5 stars from me. I usually don’t need reminders of my appointments since I track my stuff very closely but I have had a few times where I forgot an important detail and they called to follow up. I have not had a bad experience and I have been visiting this facility for a year now. Fellow Vets, yes wait times are long but do your research and come prepared to set your self up for success and get the great medical help we earned with our hard work. Thank you to the front desk staff as they are always patient and so knowledgeable. As well as the providers.

connie morales When I first met Dr. Moore, I thought"she is a bit rough". But after I started seeing her as my new Dr. I LOVED HER!! When my husband was killed, i had a horrible severe depression, and she took time out of her schedule to actually sit and talk to me and let me vent and cry, for over an hour. That made a bit of a difference to me. I just cant say enough good about her and her staff. AWESOME!!

Philip Kinney Dr Ketron , Jen , Dorene & rest of staff are amazing! As a new patient Dr Ketron spent time explaining everything… I never felt rushed or that he was too busy with other patients I chose to switch cardiologists because back in February he performed emergency heart surgery on my sister & saved her life. 5 stars to the whole office!

Rachel Ashcraft I went there because of a tonsil checking, and for nose congestion, the medicine worked overnight! My doctor was super sweet best doctor Miss Scarlet Reed!

Andre I recently had a short stay at this facility, and I can say that it was a mutual exchange and fulfillment of the Human Experience -- for myself and all persons involved. Will be visiting again soon, I love it! The food is absolutely amazing, I LOVE home-cooked meals, they heal the SOUL!

Guy Public health department never answers their phone. Every number I call goes to voicemail and I never get a call back.

Melissa Luna I love it here! Every experience I have here is pleasant and accommodating! From the medical to the psychological and now my dental experience has been phenomenal! Lauren the social worker helped me find affordable care by diligently assisting me in preparing my paperwork! Very sweet and considerate. Dr Asa and his dental assistant were very caring and detailed in what his plan of action is and the treatment you need! Bedside manner is impeccable! Thank you! I would definitely recommend this place over and over again!

Bobbi Hatzold Great experience from beginning to end. The front office staff was super welcoming & friendly, I was seen right away, and Dr. Adiet was exceptional. Being an RN myself I know I have high expectations & he exceeded those. So glad I changed my PCP to Dr. Adiet. Highly Recommend.

Alexandra Staff is awesome and supportive. Wish my doctor listened to me more and kept me there a bit longer. Place is clean, but the food is inedible. I lived on chips and protein bars during my stay. Woulda been nice to take a warm shower. I recommend bringing warm clothes and thick socks. The people here saved my life and I got the help and tools I needed to get back on track. Group therapy really helped me bc I was able to speak about my issues and relate to people having similar struggles. They taught me what healthy coping mechanisms are. I will say this, a psych hospital stay isn’t a cure. You have to want to get better, believe and do the work. I was set up to be treated in their outpatient hospital where I got a psychiatrist, psych nurse and caseworker. I didn’t have a job, so the county generously paid for my care. All treatment costs are determined by a sliding scale based on ur income, or lack of income. I’m actually happy now for the first time in over a decade. I take my meds & I finally got in therapy provided by TriCounty. I’ve completely changed for the better since my visit 2 yrs ago. You must do the work and believe in yourself to achieve happiness. Be honest with your mental health care team, even if you’re embarrassed. They can’t help you get well unless you’re honest. Trust the process bc it won’t happen over night, but it’s so worth it when you feel consistently happy again. Life is tough, and it’s hard to cope, and that’s ok- reach out for help. The case workers here have almost infinite resources for you. If the county doesn’t have what you need, they’ll find another way to help you. God bless and I hope this helps someone.
