1 /5 Brianna Diaz: I really liked the resident that took care of me. She was great! However, I was there more than 3 hours for a routine checkup and it took 5+ weeks for someone to call me with results. I work in healthcare and that would never fly at most facilities.

5 /5 Caitlin Moorhead: Had our baby girl at MMH at 38w6d induction because I was on blood pressure medication. Dr.Julian was very on top of everything, such a sweet guy and to the point! We had Dr.Nnomadim the morning of our induction, and the shift change had Dr.Chavez who then delivered our baby. I loved them both so much. Dr.Chavez found what is a cyst that she reassured me can be handled in office and to be seen about it. I thought it was my bladder due to pregnancy! Aha. I will say it’s sad to see so many negative reviews for TexasTech due to their system being down for awhile, it is very unfortunate. When you do see them, their staff is very kind and on top of it! Very friendly environment. Nurse Norma &Kelly are very sweet and helped me so much with getting things figured out. The wait time in midland was less than others I have visited for other pregnancies and the lobby is very comforting! :)

1 /5 Laura Gomez: I have been trying to reach just anybody at this office for 2 days now and I’ve been on hold for 20+ minutes each time I call (I’ve called multiple times a day when they’re open) and nobody has answered me. I’m just trying to figure out my patient portal so I can see my lab results but nobody seems to answer. I also need to reschedule my appointment and nobody seems to be able to help me with that. I don’t recommend this office at all to anyone. Go somewhere else unless you want to be ignored.

1 /5 Erika Pantoja: I’ve been to this clinic before for my pregnancy, everything was great and great nurses and residents. But about two months ago I was diagnosed with a cyst in one of my ovaries and I’ve been trying to make an appointment! I’ve called several times left messages with someone saying that they’re going to give me a call back to schedule an appointment/ultrasound hoping it’s not cancerous. Even sent them a message through the portal and they still haven’t responded back. So if they if I recommend them? No I do not!! Take your health somewhere else. Honestly this is my first bad review for something like this.

1 /5 Amanda MacKenzie: An absolute joke to make an appointment with. Never liked them when I was pregnant either. My doctor continuously pressured me to do things I didn’t want. Was an absolute nightmare to deal with. Recently tried to schedule an appointment to have birth control removed since it’s been some years, was on hold for 30 mins and never got an answered. Business hours says they are open.
