1 /5 Tori Rose: They changed technicians twice, and the shape of the nail twice. Took off too much length in the process. The girl sold me “chrome” gel coat, turned out with scratches all over. She assured me it would last a long time, three days later, the tips are already messing up. The edges of the gell and dip are wavy and messy. She redid at least 4 nails that had scratches, left with 3 still having scratches because I didn’t have time for her to redo them again. The top coat on at least 4 nails has bubbles, asked her to redo a couple of them and they turned out still having bubbles. Was there about 2 hours. Left completely unsatisfied, other than receiving a small discount because the nails look so sloppy and misshapen. She got gell all over my skin and didn’t bother to clean it all up, it’s still there 3 days later. Im actually kind of embarrassed of these nails. I don’t plan on returning.
Update: after 5 days I’ve decided I absolutely HATE these nails and will have to go to another salon to have them FIX them. These are awful and embarrassing. TNB should be ashamed. I will never be back here and will not recommend them to anyone.
