1 /5 Gira Gomez: I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking to have French tip gel on dip powder to actually last more than a day. Some back story to my experience: I’m originally from Houston but I recently moved here so I searched for somewhere nearby to do my annual holiday themed nails before I headed back home for the holidays. I got my nails done here for the first and last time. Although the staff can come off as nice, and the prices are reasonable, I don’t truly believe their quality or customer service is worth the hassle of getting them done. They fixed the nails that chipped the day after with no charge but then I had to leave back to Houston for the holidays. I come back today, a week later, to explain I wasn’t happy with the nails gel and partial dip powder chipping before I could enjoy them for the day of Christmas (which was the whole point) and that’s the nails chipped within a day and only continuously chipped the rest of the week. She said it’s fine she’ll take them off, but failed to mention prior that she was going to charge me $10 for this inconvenience (which she says is usually $15, still ridiculous if I’m coming to get them off because the quality was awful). I had made it clear from the moment I was there that I was unhappy with their quality of work and was the whole reason for taking them off. When the time comes for getting my nails off, she’s rushing and not being diligent in making sure all of the dip underneath was being removed and I had to correct her multiple times for areas missed. Didn’t help that it also was painful at times. I was ready to run out of there and never see them again. I especially didn’t appreciate the last comment telling me that when my natural nails break I can come back to get them fixed and done. Now ma’am…. I will never be back especially when the customer service wasn’t up to par for correcting the quality that was so bad it couldn’t last a day. Also pro tip: don’t ask young women when they plan to have kids as small talk with clients. I’m not a rude person to make a scene about it, but that’s a distasteful question to ask, and someone else may not take too kindly to that intrusive and possibly insensitive question.

5 /5 Sofia Camarena: I had the best experience Lynn took great care of me as far as my acrylics! The other people who assisted in doing my pedicure were also great me and my friend got squeezed in last minute but that did not mean they rushes or did not do their best at making us feel taken care of! Will for sure be back

5 /5 Briana Houston: I love this place! I’ve been a customer since 2016 and I’m never leaving. They always have wonderful services and great employees. Also, I love the complementary beverages! Lynn did my nails this time and she made sure everything looks clean and precise! She does not play when it comes to filing and make sure your nails are smooth and even! Thanks Lynn!

1 /5 Annmarie M: I used to come here a lot. But the issue was, they kept pressuring me to get gel nails when I asked for a pedicure. They also pressured me to keep my acrylic nails I had for multiple weeks with a re-fill. They told me because the holidays are coming up. The pressure continued as I just wanted regular nail polish on my toes and no design. But they still insisted on giving me nail designs on my fingernails & toes. At some point, I got real frustrated because I said no 3 times, but they didn’t want to take no for an answer. Then they had the audacity to ask me in a rude tone, Why not? I just didn’t want to at the time & had to watch what I was spending. I’m so unsatisfied with this experience. Not to mention, they had a dog in the salon barking & running around. Keep in mind, I’m afraid of dogs. I have cynophobia. I almost walked out. It was just so unprofessional to have a non service dog in a place like this. And very unsanitary. Due to the unprofessionalism, I’m never coming back again. Just some advice to you, please go somewhere else.

I’ve been to T Nails twice now (Saturday mornings, no appt) and during both visits they started on my nails immediately, worked efficiently, and really listened to my feedback and requests. I’ve left smiling and obsessed with my nails each time and I’m looking forward to them bringing my next inspiration to life.
