4 /5 Ben Wyman: We had a really good experience here - the surgery went great, staff was very caring, we felt really well treated the whole time. The cafe in the middle of the atrium was a great addition if you’re staying for 12-15 hours in a row and keep needing coffee, and it’s a solid cafe.
Subtracting a star just because some bits of the facility need some help. Most of the elevators were out of order, the guest bathrooms were all in rough shape - lights not working, dirty, smelly, etc.
They do a great job of having lots of little stations to wait in. I got a lot of work done in a small parlor they had. And you can use the cafeteria seating any time.
Also, the hospital is named St. Joseph’s, but they LOVE St. Francis here. One small statue of Joseph in the Atrium, EVERYTHING ELSE is St. Francis art.
