St. Cornelius Episcopal Church - Belton (TX)

Anslie Brooke My husband, daughter and I have attended this church for about a month now and I can say that it is a fantastic church. Grounded in TRUE principals and focused on the word of God and not the “sugar coated” church experience I’ve known forever. I’m actually LEARNING the Bible and finally understanding what I’m reading. This morning I took a step in faith and talked with Pastor Stephen. He was so intentional in the conversation and immediately got me plugged in on ways to be more involved. I’ve been looking for a purpose outside of motherhood and praying for so long and this may be an answered prayer. Thank you Pastor Stephen!!

Jessica Keralis I attended the 10:30 Mass here last Sunday while I was visiting my father. Its a nice, cozy church with a cry room, seating outside, and even a gift shop. Music was led by a choir and an organist. Votive candles are real and the suggested donation is $3. Online donations are through WeShare. There is parking in the front of the church, though it appeared to fill up quickly - but street parking is an option as well.

Tanya Fleming I have been invited several times by my sister, I finally accepted her invitation Sunday 8/19/24 and I loved it!! It is not a mega church, which intimidates some like me. I don’t want to be just be a member and a number in a church. I felt right at home very comfortable! The message was very encouraging and honest. Where is God, he is here!!! Come worship with them. I will be becoming a member. I am so glad I attended, Thank you God for not letting my sister give up on me.

Ed Newman Ive been to almost every Baptist Church in the Temple/Belton Area. Lakeview is the first church that felt like home. Pastor Bob preaches what the Bible says and does not gloss over parts that many pastors today seem today. If you are looking for a church that is friendly, good music, and a great preacher then give LBC a try.
