Cassandra Yan I cannot recommend Omar at Katy Auto enough!！！！！ Before coming here, several friends highly recommended this shop and specifically told me to ask for Omar. Now I understand why—he is truly a rare gem in the auto repair industry. Honest, meticulous, and incredibly skilled. Before visiting Katy Auto, another shop quoted me over $6,000 for repairs. However, Omar diagnosed the issue correctly and fixed it for less than $2,000. Unlike some places that exaggerate problems or push unnecessary repairs, this shop only fixes what truly needs to be fixed. His work was outstanding, and the pricing was more than fair. As a woman with little car knowledge, I truly appreciated his patience in explaining everything without any pressure or dishonesty. While I was there, I even ran into some familiar faces—turns out, many people rely on this shop for their car repairs. If you need a trustworthy and highly skilled mechanic, I strongly recommend asking for Omar. I’m beyond grateful for his hard work and honesty. He’s truly one of the best in the business!

Jason Hill I went in thinking I had a certain problem but when we took my car for a test drive, he immediately told me it was something different. They are honest and fair. The prices are reasonable and the service was great.

Ortizimus Maximus EUREKA!! Finally!! I found an honest mechanic. Omer, is very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, patient and honest. Very transparent interaction with him. No hidden charges or fees. He changed the alternator on my daughter’s Buick Encore. It’s a big job because you have to remove one of the motor mounts but, he was able to do it in the timeframe he gave me. He returned my car to just as clean as brought in. Amazing work ethic! Thank you Omer!!

Chris Moreno I had an interaction with Santiago last week. He did work on my wifes Jeep off a quick evaluation. The job was done on time and without any issues. That Im appreciative for. The one thing I will say is that after my career of over 30 years of taking care of customers. One thing I will say is that Santiago definitely has a way of handling customers. Most people his age do not handle themselves half as well as him. I only came here because of the bodyshop I took my wifes car to work with Santiago. All I can say is Im grateful for the introduction and now feel I may have found someone to replace the trust I have in my brother (career mechanic that moved out of state). Thanks again, Santiago, and I will be bringing my truck over soon.

Tricia Burleson TD Automotive Solutions is the definition of honesty, integrity, and solid affordable service. They repaired my Ford F-250 A/C and I came back a few months later for them to repair an oil pan gasket leak. Each time the owner, Tim went well above and beyond explaining the diagnosis, steps needed to make the repair, and provided updates as the repair was being made. Tim even checked in a few days after the repair was made to make sure all was running without issues. True genuine customer care with fast solid service still exists at this place. I can not thank them enough for getting me in and out without notice, and for being so honest. I brought my F-250 in with oil absolutely everywhere underneath the truck from the leak. They could have easily said it was going to be a major repair upselling something that wasnt needed, but instead they took their time to clean it and made a honest and proper diagnosis of a faulty gasket. Again, I can not say thank you enough. Highly recommended!
