Film Maker Tried to get a an inspection at several places but all of the places were super busy. It so happened I stopped by Coastal Auto Technician and there was only one person ahead of me. So it was super fast for the inspection. Friendly staff...they only take cash for inspections. $7.00 . They do have an ATM on site. I most definitely will return.

adrian edwards Fuel pump control module went out and left my wife stranded in the middle of the road. Called Dubs early that morning a few minutes before they opened. They were able to dispatch a wrecker to pickup the car within an hour. Was told they were busy and would need to work us in. I was expecting a few days or more to get it fixed. Their team was able to work it in and diagnose the issue by COB same day and by the next morning we had the vehicle back. Bill has always been a very dependable shop that has some of the best service technicians in Corpus Christi. Thanks for the fast service and getting my wife her car back.

Justin Coquat New to Corpus from SA and had an emergency with my 2006 Mercedes E320. Had to get back to SA before the ice storm. Ed Hicks Mercedes-Benz DEALERSHIP just down the road could not have cared less - service tech said at least 24 hours to two days to diagnose, and didnt even attempt to accommodate. Looked at Google maps for the next German garage and Corpus Auto Service was a half-mile further down the access road (next to the UPS store). Was greeted with a smile. Tech was understanding, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Even though their parking lot was full and were apparently very busy (just like the Mercedes dealership), CAS got me in to check my vehicle within minutes of arrival. Apparently customer service actually means something to Corpus Auto Service. Repair crew is awesome as well. The shop was run like I would expect the dealership to be run. My mother recently bought her first Mercedes from Ed Hicks, and got a lot of run around and bait and switch on the price once she showed up to finalize the deal. As soon as her warranty runs out, I will definitely recommend she move down the road to Corpus Auto Service, so she can see how Mercedes drivers ought to be treated when they need service on their vehicle. Thank you Corpus Auto Service for getting to me so quickly when I had an emergency!!! Highly recommended. Will definitely be back.

Sabrina Williams Im very pleased with the service I received. My fuel pump burned out and the mechanic worked with me, took me every step of the way and explained to me everything he was doing. He told me honest and fair prices about the parts and he found them for better pricing then buying outright the parts from the dealership themselves. They even accepted taking a part if we gave it to them to do our car and not many mechanics do that and like to take as much money as they can out of you. The day right after they received the part, the next day my vehicle was fixed! But it was an easy fix so everyones vehicle may have a different story. They are out there and not easy to find, but I always think the best mechanics are! Thank you so much for your honest service and always answering calls and staying in contact with me, some mechanics you have to call to see what status your car is at! I really appreciate everything and will be coming back if ever my vehicle needs servicing! Edit: The next day my car stopped working and I tried to jump start it without any luck. I called the owner and he offered to come out free of charge! He came and looked at my battery and readjusted it. I didnt use my vehicle for near a month and he figured out the battery has been misplaced. He didnt charge me anything and didnt ask for anything in return. Ive never had a mechanic work so well with me and make me feel secure I know my vehicle is in good hands. I cant thank this place enough!

After explaining my problem, a thorough check of my car was done and a detailed list of what NEEDED to be done WITH estimates was provided. Terri Staniszewski Trey is very honest, professional and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the excellent customer service we received at Precision Performance. We went for AC repair and some additional repairs. Trey took the time by informing us about the price of what it would cost, parts and labor. I just went online saw all the 5⭐️ and said this is the place. The other mechanic (my apologies didn’t get his name) was very professional as well and he also worked on our truck. We will definitely be returning for future work on our vehicles. We highly recommend Precison Performance!
