Rachel Pautzke Grayson was professional, friendly and kind. I needed my alternator replaced and he made sure that was the problem before getting to work. He noticed my belt was not sitting correctly & made sure to correct it & have it run before I left keeping me safe. He even showed me what he replaced and a belt I will need to replace in the future. He worked efficiently, allowed me to ask questions and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend his shop!

James is amazing and I have gone I think four times now he is so kind patient and always goes the extra mile to help me out with whatever I need.
