Ashley The arrival grace period should be extended for seniors. It takes a lot of time to get them ready and into the doctor’s office. I’m sorry for being later but you all need to really think when you send an elderly patient home for missing the time mark by just a few minutes.

Peggy Rude! Rude! Rude! Front desk in Main Hospital 11:00 a.m. March 11, 2025. Elderly couple needed wheel chair and directions to radiology. Staff pointing to wheel chairs, pointing saying go to the glass. The person at the desk was impatient and rude. Lady if you dont like your job then quit I repeat. If you dont like yourjob then quit. Now hospital reply will be automatic. Blah. Blah- is hospital response. Thank you for sharing....blah blah. We strive to deliver the highest quality.. Blah, blah. Methodist you should be ashamed.

Linda Zimmermann Every single person on staff & Doctor was top notch! I felt comfortable leaving my husband in their care at night so I could go home & rest. I would recommend the Encompass Sugar Land location 5 stars plus!

Anis Rangwala Had an excellent visit with Dr. Almonte today to alleviate knee pain. The office staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable. Zero wait time, extreme efficiency, and the doctor was very knowledgeable. He took his time to understand my situation and had a plan in place for my remedy instantly. The office is extremely clean and well run. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Almonte for any pain issues that may arise.

Russell Jones I went to ER for pneumonia and Dr. Tripathy did an emergency surgery in a moments notice to remove fluid out of my lungs. His attention to detail and years of experience saved my life. I went to his office for follow up care and I was amazed of all the Surgeon of the year awards on the wall. I met a patient in there that Dr Tripathy did a 6th bypass surgery on him and he looked healthy as a horse. I realize how blessed I was to have him as my surgeon. He’s not only is a great Dr he’s also an awesome person. His office staff is awesome too. The receptionist is great and always smiling and glad to see their patients. His Nurse Practitioner Irene is the best, she’s very patient and takes time to answers all my questions. ( and believe me I ask lots of questions). I don’t normally care to go to any Dr office, however, I enjoy going to this office because I know they really care about their patients. More importantly, I know not gonna be rushed so they can get to the next patient. What an awesome team!

Ed Dr Patel has been my Dr for many years. He listens to my concerns and I never feel rushed. His staff is also top notch and very accommodating. I highly recommend!!

Carolyn Ive come here multiple times and referred multiple family members to Dr. Adli. He really is the best in the business and Id give more than 5 stars if I could. I had previously had a less than positive experience at this clinic with a receptionist who is no longer working there (for good reason). Following this, I was personally contacted by Dr. Adli and he apologized and redeemed the entire organization in my eyes. Ill never go anywhere else! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Michelle Navarro-Flores I went here for my pre-natal visit and delivered at the UTMB in Galveston on New Years. At first I was super hesitant to goto the utmb because of the reviews but I had a great Obgyn Adriana Cyrus. She actually asked me lots of questions and took the time to listen to every little thing I had to say. My birth at the utmb in Galveston was so complicated because I had COVID-19 at the time. I don’t think it’s normally like that. I stayed in quarantine but the nurses that came in were really sympathetic and kept me company when they could since my husband wasn’t allowed in. I ended up having a preemie in the NICU and have been visiting the utmb Galveston regularly and have nothing to complain about. The NICU staff is friendly, helpful and informative.
