Sapphire Nails & Spa - McAllen (TX)

1 /5 Edna Perez: Took my 9 year old daughter and asked for 15-20$ package they had on the service list that included the nail polish scrub and nail clean . They sat her down and worked on her while they had me in the waiting area. Her nails were horrible and with dirt under her nails. I ended up paying $30 because the lady said they put my 9 year old daughter the gel polish I did not ask for when I just wanted the package I pointed to her. I didnt want to argue so I paid because it looks more bad on the business them charging whatever they want when I clearly stated before hand what they should have done . First and last time I ever go there and definitely don’t recommend this place where they clearly only care about never seeing clients again and trying to screw them over. Also its a very tense place where everyone working there seems to be upset or in a bad mood.

Shannon was the best so friendly and personable and to mention I love my set this is one of their dip colors. Will be returning when I’m in the area again ❤️ 4/16/23 Still love this salon it’s my go to when in the area Shannon does a fantastic job and is so great at what she does won’t go anywhere else!
