Travis Allred I was having issues with my old faithful. She started smoking and the belt was making a noise. Took her to this awesome shop and they determined it was a loose heater hose and the belt needed to be changed. I’ve had this vehicle since it had 7 miles on it, and it wouldn’t be in the condition if it’s wasn’t for FAMILY AUTO. AWESOME PEOPLES. LOYALITY AND HOSPITALITY ISNT SEEN THESE DAYS. We took our daughters VW Jetta to 2 different shops thank God the second one We Fix Em, suggested we take it to Auto International because they didn’t have the tool needed to fix the car. He not only repaired whatever was wrong with it but he also addressed an issue that I was concerned about and he also noticed while test driving it. He could have just replaced unnecessary parts but he discovered some bolts were loose on the transmission, tightened them up and didn’t charge anything extra!!
