Boots Baker I was needing to throw out bearing on my Jeep replaced. Not only was not only did Ken talk to me about the throwout bearing, but he also recommended replacing the clutch at the same time since they were going to be in there . The cost wasnt that much more for going ahead and replacing the clutch. About 10 years ago we had had the clutch in that Jeep replaced and we had helll getting the hydraulics bled off on it. I had to mention that to Ken and he told me not to worry about it. Not only was he the cheapest option around, but I do believe that their quality of work is unparalleled in the area. I recommend this auto shop over any other auto shop in the area. Hands down. No questions asked.

Ortizimus Maximus EUREKA!! Finally!! I found an honest mechanic. Omer, is very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, patient and honest. Very transparent interaction with him. No hidden charges or fees. He changed the alternator on my daughter’s Buick Encore. It’s a big job because you have to remove one of the motor mounts but, he was able to do it in the timeframe he gave me. He returned my car to just as clean as brought in. Amazing work ethic! Thank you Omer!!

Now I understand why—he is truly a rare gem in the auto repair industry. Honest, meticulous, and incredibly skilled. Before visiting Katy Auto, another shop quoted me over $6,000 for repairs. However, Omar diagnosed the issue correctly and fixed it for less than $2,000. Unlike some places that exaggerate problems or push unnecessary repairs, this shop only fixes what truly needs to be fixed. His work was outstanding, and the pricing was more than fair. As a woman with little car knowledge, I truly appreciated his patience in explaining everything without any pressure or dishonesty. While I was there, I even ran into some familiar faces—turns out, many people rely on this shop for their car repairs. If you need a trustworthy and highly skilled mechanic, I strongly recommend asking for Omar. I’m beyond grateful for his hard work and honesty. He’s truly one of the best in the business!

Daniel Gollinger Hands down best auto mechanic experience I have ever had. Will now be driving from Tomball to Richmond for all my car care needs. The shop is spotless, well organized, and Jason really knows hos stuff. Hes honest and personable and within 5 minutes you can see he operates his business with integrity. If there was ever an industry that people have just gotten used to getting screwed its the auto repair industry. This place is like a breath of fresh air. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Jennifer Herrera I can’t say enough good things about them. I’ve taken multiple vehicles there and they’ve taken care of all of them in fast professional ways. But what stands out to me the most (and what will keep my business along with me recommending all my clients in the area) is the fact that I went asking an alignment question, and Tony explained why I don’t need that service based on his evaluation. Car places can easily take advantage of a female with no car knowledge, and charge me for a service I didn’t need. But he was completely honest and that spoke volumes about this place.

Doctomyfriends Very honest and good Mechanics. I had some major car trouble and had my car towed to this shop. Turned out to be terminal for my Jeep but they charged me no diagnosis charge and a minimal charge for two tows. I will come back again.

Jason Hill I went in thinking I had a certain problem but when we took my car for a test drive, he immediately told me it was something different. They are honest and fair. The prices are reasonable and the service was great.
