Blake Collins Honest and fair. Thats all you can ask for in an auto shop these days. And its hard to find someone you can trust. Well, Huds has proven themselves as a trustworthy business to me. They dont try to upsale or mislead you, and their prices are always fair. As an electrician, I know labor costs money. They do a good job labor wise and typically pretty quick too. They also stand by their warranty for any type of work done. They have taken care of my daughters car multiple times (its an old car) and have always done a good job. I would definitely recommend Huds for any type of auto work.

charis scaife Daltons has always done a great job on my vehicle. They have the most reasonable price with excellent service. I highly recommend using them, especially for foreign vehicles.

Gabrielle Reynolds Nick is the greatest person i could ever trust with my car. His prices are so amazing for a low income family like myself. He does everything in a timely matter and makes sure you get your car fixed. It may take some time to get in with him since he is the only one there but it is well worth it for the price and service received!!

Asher If youre looking for a reputable, honest, and communicative mechanic in Lubbock, look no further than Prock Automotive! Im a bit of a hypochondriac when it comes to my car, and brought it in over a small noise that it had started making. The first time I brought it in, they fixed my A/C up (for a reasonable price) since it hadnt been functioning at 100%, but the noise was still there. Brought my car back in to have it looked over more thoroughly; after inspecting the underside they adjusted my brake pads, but couldnt find anything to be concerned about! They returned my car to me free of charge, despite taking out time to replicate the sound I had noticed, check for any visible issues, adjust what they could, and test it again to ensure that the adjustment helped. My car had to be kept at the shop for a couple of days due to the volume of jobs they had, but they still took time to get my car looked at as quickly as they could! I greatly appreciate their communication with me, as they kept track of the status of my car and happily gave me updates each time I called about it. I was worried that calling each day would be bothersome, but I was always met with friendliness and knowledge about what exactly had been done with my car since the last time I called. I will be coming back after this experience, not just for the honesty they approached the job with, but also for the excellent customer service!

They resolved the issue quickly, make sure my truck is safe to drive, and have me great recommendations and tips! Emma Suzanne This past week my car battery suddenly died, and I was without transportation. I contacted my good friend who mentioned her husband, Chris Negen, worked at Christian Brothers Automotive. I decided to give them a shot, and as soon as I entered the building I was welcomed right on the spot. Chris was so polite, generous, and very knowledgeable. I was told about the process they would be doing and it only took them about 45 minutes! Chris went above and beyond to ensure that they would get my car all fixed up, and that’s exactly what happened, no hassle necessary!

David answered the phone and said he could take a look immediately. They pulled our truck in as we arrived. They diagnosed and completed a fairly extensive repair within a few hours.
