Betty Chen 4.5 stars. Overall happy with nails. They removed a poorly done gel x nail from another salon and gave me hybrid gel instead. It looks a lot more natural. There are a few imperfections - fluff stuck in between layers of gel polish and a few bubbles. Im sure if I noticed during appointment they would have fixed but I only noticed when I got home. Would come back for my infills and get the imperfections fixed.

Maddy Franco I was wanting to try out a new nail place and I came across this one. With all the good reviews I was excited to try it out this place definitely exceeded my expectations and I will definitely come back. They had great service and the prices were very reasonable!!

Bailey Zavaleta I’ve been getting my nails done by Sony since I was 17, I’m 24 Now. She’s been open to all of my nail ideas and I value her opinion so much. Shes absolutely KILLER at a Stiletto nail and I LOVE her French Manicures. She pays attention to the shape of the nail so well and it’s what I enjoy the most about her work. My experience in her chair is always positive and she makes me feel like the prettiest girl in the salon when I leave. She hand paints, does airbrush, and 3D gel. I ONLY book my nails with Sony! She does an amazing job of fitting me into her schedule when I need a new set. I wake up bright and early just to get my nails done by her and I typically suck at waking up before 10am.

Haejun Lee I am picky on the shape and color of my nails, but they always help me get the exact color I have in mind and the most flattering shape every time without fail. I’ve been going here after having a bad experience at another salon, and my nail guy is so friendly and consistently provides high quality gel-x nails without damaging my natural nails. I called to squeeze in a last minute appointment on Valentine’s Day, and they were super accommodating when I had to get my appointment pushed back an hour. Even though I was the last person at the salon, he did not rush at all. Highly recommend!!

Miranda Hamaker The BEST nail salon in the Austin area! I am super particular about my toenails and being sure the sides are clean/the nail isnt ingrown. These ladies take their time (sometimes up to 2 hours) making sure my nails are totally clean and not digging into my skin I didnt think it was possible to get my finger nails into the shape that I see in pictures online until I started coming here and realized no other previous salon had taken the time necessary to file them down. Im not stuck with horse fingers forever! Im also super indecisive when it comes to color/shape and they provide the perfect amount of guidance as to what will look good on my skin tone and with my nail shape. Without them, I would go back and forth between colors probably 5 times once I sat down in a pedicure chair. Now I just show them a picture of what I want and they will custom make a color using a couple of different colors/combos on nail swatches and let me choose. Lastly, they will stay until 8 pm for an appt. if you call ahead and request it. I never feel like they are rushing to get me in and out and onto the next person. The real proof is in the pudding- I am HARD on my nails, I use my hands for everything and dig at my toenails at nail. Despite these bad habits my nails have lasted 7 weeks and still look good, albeit a bit grown out. Trust me- this is where you want to have your nails done. I selfishly dont want to post this review because I dont want my secret to get out but they deserve it. I will drive an hour each way to leave with exactly what I came for until the end of time. Love this place!

Atalie Wu Susan is the best there is! She has been my nail tech for 3 years now and I absolutely adore her! She is so gentle yet detail oriented! She is the best at nail art and truly cares about the health of your nails! She’s so sweet and gives you the most beautiful nails in a timely manner. She listens to what you want and executes every time. She can do any design just from a photo. Her eye for nail art is truly unmatched! I never have to use acrylics anymore because she made recommendations for the health of my nails. My natural nail is incredibly long and strong now. If you want an overall 5 star experience, I highly recommend Susan!! :)

Yetzielisse Urgelles Always a great set, no matter which nail tech you get. Ben and Fabio are the best if you like acrylics to be well-shaped and as thin/natural as possible. Their pedicures are soooo luxurious, brow waxes are reliable, and the complimentary drinks are a nice touch. The salon is super clean, their glam decor is super cute. Already counting down the days until my next appointment!

Carey Browning I am reluctant to share this, because I dont want to make it harder to get an appointment! I go to Lavish all the time, and the staff and service are amazing. Everyone is so friendly, and I can work away on the wifi. This last time I had Cici do a dip (SNS) manicure, and I cant stop admiring it. I have gotten two compliments on it already, and it is brand new. Not nearly as thick as you normally see with the dip, and shiny as can be.

Kenzie Kramer I had such a wonderful experience at Modern Nails Lounge! They were kind enough to take me in late, and I never once felt rushed—even though I ended up staying about 15 minutes past closing. The team went above and beyond, and my manicure and pedicure turned out absolutely flawless. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and overall vibe of the salon were top-notch. So grateful for their hospitality and talent—this is officially my new go-to spot!

Gracey Acholonu I was way over due for a pedicure and they were nice enough to judge me a little bit, because I needed the pedicure immensely. I called two other places to see the difference in rates and services, they have a better rate and higher quality of service. Some salons when installing acrylics won’t shape underneath the nail and that is a huge sign of a bad nail salon. Also changes in pricing attributes to whether or not it’s a good nail salon. I asked the price and they told me exactly what it was and that was exactly what I paid.
