5 /5 carla Jackson: Yesterday I had a rough day, my car broke down at a gas station. Remind you I am not from the area. I was able to Google these guys and they came out promptly. They were angels in disguise to me. My alternator went out and we was able to get it fixed before my kids got out of school. They work fast….I was truly blessed to run in to these guys, and I will be going back….this is a husband and wife company and they are the sweetest and honest people…they truly are about helping people..

1 /5 blue sky: They claimed to have fixed an oil leak that had made my serpentine belt come off due to the slipperiness of all the oil. Right away it started leaking again, and I was just now coming back from Houston to Longview in the middle of the night, and the massive oil Leak once again made my belt come off, stranding me at 4 am in the absolute middle of nowhere and I need to get home. He did say before he left "youll be calling me again to work on something " but he said it in a way that really made me uneasy, kind of like taunting me that he didnt really fix it. Plus, they had quoted me 350 and charged me 425. They claimed to have changed my oil filter too but they didnt, and the wrong kind of oil was put in my car as well. This was not long ago at all, a month ago maybe, but not even 2 months ago. I hope there is a warranty because I had just paid another mechanic $300 to put on a serpentine belt when I was stranded on the interstate and got charged 300 for that! In Tennessee I paid over 700 in repairs, including a serpentine belt. They reassured me that the oil leak would be fixed and I would not have oil all over the place and making my serpentine belt come off again. Without a belt, your car gets hot and you cant drive it. It runs your alternator and everything. I want to know why it wasnt even fixed properly. I want to know why my oil pan gasket wasnt replaced, like they said they would do, since thats where they originally said the leak was bad as well. I feel like I paid them $425 for absolutely nothing. They never got under my car so i know they didnt replace my oil filter. But I sure got charged for it. I never got a itemized bill or receipts for ANY of what they charged me for. I want my money back or my car fixed right. Its not fair and Im just broke down. I was just on the side of the dark highway out in BFE in the middle of the night. Never should have happened if they had truly fixed the leak. Contact me ASAP to.make this right!!! Its only fair and ol skool mechanics, I know you all know this isnt cool!!!! They were really unprofessional and I can tell they take advantage of people who they think they can and get away with it

5 /5 BONES MAYOR: Fantastic service ! showed up when they said they would and didnt leave until the job was done ! i had a faulty belt tensioner , got it replaced and got my serpentine back on in no time. There fair there cool and there great mechanics ,, thank u guys !!
