Rosalie Johnson My muffler was hanging down loose. I was very concerned about having to wait for a part to be delivered for it to get fixed up. They fixed the issue as soon as I got there. Very fast service. Front desk was friendly. Overall, I had a good experience here today!

He’s always been fair, honest, and incredibly helpful, even taking the time to help my daughter, a new car owner, feel comfortable and informed. William McNutt Very pleased with automotive super center of Longview! Chandler gave me an estimate to replace my timing belt on my 2005 tundra in a mater of minutes. They completed the repairs within one day. I had requested estimates from 3 other places and one responded in a day and was quite a bit higher and said the repairs would take 2 to 3 weeks. The other 2, both Toyota dealers have yet to even provide an estimate in over a week. Needless to say I do highly recommend Chandler and automotive super center. And they gave me a 2 year 24,000 warranty to boot. I will definitely use them in the future! William McNutt

They gave me a game plan and altered it to my budget, without any coercion. They took extra time and care with my truck, and also walked me through everything they did & future repairs. Jonathan Webb I had Texas auto care tell me I needed a whole new a/c system.. quoted $1200... I decided to get a 2nd opinion.. Harrys replaced the compressor clutch coil for $400..I feel like they was honest and didnt try to up sale the job!! Thanks for being honest!!

Patty Morgan I have used Texas Auto care for several years now. They are always helpful and provide top notch service. Even when they are covered up, they seem to get me out of there in a timely manner. I mainly use them for oil change and used to use them for inspections, but I have used them for other minor things. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone.

Victor Gonzalez Great customer service! The people at Automotive Super Center on the loop did everything I asked for on my suburban. Manager Justin was very attentive,and professional! This is the third time I bring my suburban to them and they always get the job done quick. I will continue to use them for all my automotive needs.

J. B. Problem with my car after a weather event. I’m from south Texas, and didn’t know where to take it quickly to have it looked at to assess safety in getting home. Jessica answered the phone and was so very kind and sweet to speak with. Brought my car in, Justin was able to get it in quickly and assess problems/damage for drivability. Updates were given frequently. The whole experience was great here and everyone was so kind and so helpful.
