1 /5 Grecia Bejarano: I called ahead to schedule an appointment for my daughter and me—two pedicures and two manicures. When we arrived, they started with the pedicures but rushed through them. On top of that, they charged me for an adult pedicure for my 9-year-old daughter, even though they didn’t complete the full service.
Then, the technician told me she couldn’t do my daughter’s nails because she lives on the east side. I understood, so another young girl took over. My daughter asked for flowers, and I was aware there would be an extra charge, which I didn’t mind. However, instead of actual nail art, they just put stickers on. As she was told to wash her hands, one of the stickers started peeling. I mentioned it to the technician, and she simply said, “I’ll add glue” and used nail glue—seriously?
I wanted to give the salon a chance to respond before leaving a review, so I messaged them on Facebook and Instagram with pictures, but I haven’t received any response. I didn’t even get my nails done because of how rushed and poorly done the services were.
I payed $115
