Nyla Nails - McAllen (TX)

5 /5 Luna Fam: I am very happy and pleased with Nyla Nails. This is now going to be my nail place in the RGV. Reasons why: 1.)Appointment only (I believe this is due to the pandemic but I am not sure). The fact that it is appointment only does not feel like your service is rushed. You can also get an appointment the same day, if your like me that likes to get everything last minute. 2.) Attention to detail was excellent. The gentleman precision from choosing the tip to the placement was top of the line. 3.) Clean and peaceful atmosphere. 4.) Price - I paid 65 dollars for my set and removal of previous nails. I have paid for this exact set at other places from 75-95.

I’ve done my nails with both of the owners and they are both amazing. You need an appointment but it is totally worth it, even if you have to wait a couple of days.

I love this family so much because I’ve seen how hard they work to maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in their work to ensure their clients walk away happy and satisfied with the services. I greatly appreciate the clean atmosphere as well as soothing sounds of music as well as serene videos playing on the TV screens. They understand that people want to relax for a bit and escape the demands of everyday life. Here, you will never feel rushed and you’ll never feel like you’re just a number. Post covid protocols are still in effect and that is why they only take clients by appointment. So if you’re wanting an amazing experience, make your appointment way ahead of time.

5 /5 norma ayala: My mother has been in and out of the hospital for the past 6 months, and since then, these past few weeks have been the first since shes been in the comfort of her own home. with that being said, i thought it would be a lovely idea to treat my momma to a good ol pedicure. This was our first time coming to Nyla Nails, and honestly, we dont regret it at all! the service was outstanding! we walked in and immediately got seen. i had gotten a mani/pedi from Nancy and she was so gentle, respectful, and nice! my mother (who is handicapped) needed someone who was patient, understanding, and helpful to her special needs and Dan did just that! Dan and Nancy both helped my mom and i gather our things, helped my mom get in and out of the pedicure chair, and so much more! they offered us something to drink and even asked if we were doing okay throughout our experience. Pros: good entertainment (music + TV) great customer service (especially with someone who is handicapped) affordable prices friendly employees super clean!!! (even the bathroom smelled nice lol) Cons: communication barrier (but, its not so bad!) well definitely be back!
