5 /5 norma ayala: My mother has been in and out of the hospital for the past 6 months, and since then, these past few weeks have been the first since shes been in the comfort of her own home. with that being said, i thought it would be a lovely idea to treat my momma to a good ol pedicure. This was our first time coming to Nyla Nails, and honestly, we dont regret it at all!
the service was outstanding! we walked in and immediately got seen. i had gotten a mani/pedi from Nancy and she was so gentle, respectful, and nice!
my mother (who is handicapped) needed someone who was patient, understanding, and helpful to her special needs and Dan did just that!
Dan and Nancy both helped my mom and i gather our things, helped my mom get in and out of the pedicure chair, and so much more! they offered us something to drink and even asked if we were doing okay throughout our experience.
Pros:
good entertainment (music + TV)
great customer service (especially with someone who is handicapped)
affordable prices
friendly employees
super clean!!! (even the bathroom smelled nice lol)
Cons:
communication barrier (but, its not so bad!)
well definitely be back!
