5 /5 Luis Ramos: Finding an honest mechanic can be like looking for a needle in a haystack now-a-days. I was referred to this place by a coworker, and never looked back. Eddie and his crew will not only take care of your car but they will also look out for your best interest. Other mechanics will keep you in the dark and keep the cash flow coming. This team will tell you the honest solution, even if it means other solutions outside of them. They’re loyal, trustworthy and most importantly, they have integrity. I recommend this place any chance I get because they deserve the business and I have no doubt the people I send will be taken care of.

5 /5 Jessica Frame: My Ford Focus was trying to overheat early this morning and their porter helped me before they even were open. Rich, the owner, called me right away. They diagnosed it, fixed it, and had it back to me the same day! They are extremely thorough for the price they charged. Very friendly staff. You can tell they have great morale there.

5 /5 Lance Prosperi: I was looking to buy a car in Texas, but live in Florida. I spoke with Rich from North Dallas Imports and he was very helpful in organizing a pre-purchase inspection. Checked all the car’s systems, did a walk around with pictures (making sure to point out any scratches or concerns), took it for a test drive in my place, and sent a carfax report as well. It was definitely great peace of mind when buying a car from out of state, from an unknown dealership. Waited until I received the car to write this review, so I could verify his results. 1 /5 Charles Bader: DONT TRUST THEM! So I gave North Dallas Imports a 3rd chance because they had been pretty honest in the past…. But now after the 3rd time of some really shady behavior I have to let people know to NOT GO! I told them exactly what was wrong with it from the dealership diagnosis. They were just supposed to do a quick and simple fix!!! They didn’t let me know what was happening with my vehicle and I had to call them! The 2 times Previously then kept my car over the weekend for NO reason??!??! This time I had already taken it to the Range Rover and had it evaluated but they didn’t have time and wanted to charge a lot more I thought I would try one last time at NDI… and shame on me!!!
