1 /5 Gera: I had a disappointing experience at this salon. I went in excited for a hair change, but I ended up feeling let down. I guess Im blind because the owner said the result was pretty close to the inspiration I provided, but it wasn’t at all what I expected. They offered a simple fix, and this was the result. The owner even suggested that I chose to be unhappy before my appointment, which felt completely illogical considering the money I spent. If this is something they cannot achieve for whatever reason, they should be transparent about it so I could make an informed decision. The owner offered to work with my hair, but after that comment, how could I trust that I would receive good service? This was supposed to be a positive change for me, but instead, it was a letdown.
