1 /5 Jose orozco: Yesterday, Thursday October 24, 2024 I went to cut my hair at this place, had never had any issues and I approach the business and the door was closed, the son of the owner told me it was already closed, that they closed 15 minutes before 6PM. I told him it was 10 minutes till closing time. Than I told him to change his sign to 5:45 closing time. Told me to go and complain anywhere, but that he was closed, again I told him about the sign, and he said he was going to change it to 4PM, and I told him que payasito. Again told me it was closed, very bad customer service, I just hope people can read this and report it, like I am.

1 /5 micheal florez: I dont recommend this place to nobody. The staff is very rude and they left my sons hair all messed up. Theres a lady who talks on the phone instead of focusing on your hair. If you are from Juarez and crossing the bridge dont even think about going to this place. Walk away or pass by, keep walking. Buscar otro lugar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Please dont go to this place. Run from this place and go somewhere else. Please dont waste your time and money.

1 /5 Claudia Flores: They literally let me walk away with an incomplete haircut! Worst experience ever!! I had to wait an hour and many of them were just sitting down. When someone finally attended me, she kept stopping to use her phone. I asked to speak to her manager and she didnt care at all. They told me to leave and find a better place.
