Bailee Higdon Me and my friend came in tonight to treat ourselves, this was our first time visiting posh having been referred. My friends nails turned out cute! My nails on the other hand..not so much. I asked for a deep red that had sparkles, as soon as the nail tech sat down he admitted to forgetting what number I had wanted for my color. So I told him again, no problem, he gets started on my nails and from the beginning I could tell it wasn’t the correct color. I made sure to let him know before he got too far along, he went and grabbed a different color to get it right. As he started with the new color it came out a sparkly brown, which once again I told him wasn’t the right color. He threw his hands in the air as if throwing a fit. So long story short I left with brown nails instead of red.
Also, before the first wrong color, the whole time he was throwing my hands back at me when it was time to switch hands, seeming very annoyed that he was having to do my nails. Even with the wrong color, it doesn’t even reach the edge of my nails either. So not only the wrong color, but also a poor job. Still paid full price along with giving a tip though.
UPDATE: I went in today and Kylie, the manager, fixed my nails free of charge and they look amazing, she fixed the design and color, they apologized profusely and treated me so well. Made sure to tip her for having to do another service. Even offered me a discount on my next visit which is not necessary, but will be back for sure!
