1 /5 Kristan McCullough: I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now. IIt’s just Lisa & her husband but the way they work together and multitask is great. I can tell/show Lisa what I want and she will deliver! I will only come here to get my nails & pedicure done. They know me, my sister & mom which makes it more comfortable. REAL TIME UPDATE!! 9-10-21 Notice the date of my last post…I came here for a full set and Lisa tried to up my regular price by $15. I get the same thing every time and pay $40. Well this time when I check out she says $45 for again, something I get all the time. I showed her my receipt & my bank statement that shows how much I’ve been paying, she tells me she forgot to tell me and continues to reach for my card and tells me that I am going to pay. I’ve been coming for years now for this to happen is unacceptable and I won’t be back. Not to mention she cut two of my fingers and acted like nothing happened at first then got an attitude because I held my hand for the pain to stop for a minute because she was rushing and was not taking her time so she could service someone who she ran after outside because she was quoted a too high price but told her another price just to get her back in. So this tells me that they are just money hungry and do not care for their customers at all. They are not sanitary and reuse the same tools on everyone. I bring my own and they don’t like it.

5 /5 Judy Hearne: Ive been going here for about 5 years. For those complaining about the price...what hasnt gone up in price? Compared to shops in Plano and Allen, you are paying half the price at Moda. Lisa and her husband care about the customers. Sometimes they get busy and might hurry you through. They just want to get everyone done. I will continue going there. The place has seen better days but you cant fault the quality of the manicures and pedicures!

4 /5 Eric: I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to get me in for a pedicure and manicure without waiting. I didnt know if that was a good thing or a bad thing as I expected them to be busy. It turned out to be a very good thing. Pedicure included a hot stone massage legs, wax on my feet, leg and foot massage at the end felt amazing. The manicure was basic and came with a hand and arm massage which felt great! $45 for pedicure with hot stone and wax and a manicure. I took off 1 star off for the environment. The manicure chairs were very tattered and worn but still comfy. The place could use a good dusting and detailed cleaning. They have 3 tvs with over the air antennas which caused the basketball game on to pause and even lose signal a few times. They would be better off with water fountains as I liked it better without the sports noise in the background. Overall a good experience and I will return.

1 /5 me: i’ve been coming here for 2 years. their tools look old and are used on everyone, not very sanitary. the lady cut my finger once and acted like it was nothing. they also increased their prices since the last time i came. i don’t think the price is worth it at all.
