Debbie Scott Midland Medical Supply is my go to company when I have questions or need help!! The response time is fantastic! They have taken care of every need we have had quickly, professionally and with friendly, helpful service. Chris has been amazing. He checked out equipment issues, brought us a loaner, answered questions, delivered supplies and keeps me up to date with the newest items that might be beneficial. Jennifer Edwards This office doesnt answer the phones, doesnt call in RX correctly or until days later, has 221-DOCS field all their calls to avoid patients was the exact words used. The 2 ladies I saw there were kind and smart. No notes are entered on Patient Portal and theres no way to send them a msg. If you dont need communication with the Dr and have all day to sit waiting to talk to someone @221-DOCS this is the office for you!

Stephanie Briceño I visited early in the morning feeling very sick, and the staff was very friendly and kind. Even when I found out they were not in-network with my insurance, they were quick to let me know pricing and offered me the opportunity to deny any additional services I did not want to pay for. They explained everything in detail and answer all my questions. At the end, I paid out of pocket because of their honesty and great care. Would definitely recommend to anyone out there looking for urgent services.

Kayla Machuca Hes been my husbands doctor for a few months now and hes great. Dr. Richardson actually cares about my husbands health. They check on us and answer any questions we have.

Jenelle C Ill be honest. I first came to read the reviews before making an appointment. If you are like me, all you saw were negative remarks. Needless to say, I was concerned and considered going elsewhere. I didnt and proceeded to call. I give the staff 5 stars! From making the appointment to being assisted by the ladies at the front desk to the nursing staff during my daughters appointment, they were so kind, helpful, and friendly! I have no complaints! They treated us well!

Judson Industries I was in a bad MVA. Was having a real hard time with life. Then I came to this place the nurses and staff were exceptionally well versed in theyre fields. The Physical therapy staff how ever when I met them I heard top gun music. Mrs. Patrysha and Mrs. Kendall they are the absolute best Ive ever had the pleasure to work with. I think of them as the female versions of maverick every time I think about them I hear the theme song from top gun. Absolute heros in my opinion they have a difficult job. They have to push you when your hurt. They know exactly what to say to get the absolute best results out of you. I am forever in debt to them and will be eternally grateful. I got my mobility back and my life back. Thank you girls so much. Very kind and understanding hospital I recommend encompass to anyone needing to get back to life thank yall Sincerely Judson Kinney
