They have taken care of every need we have had quickly, professionally and with friendly, helpful service. Chris has been amazing. He checked out equipment issues, brought us a loaner, answered questions, delivered supplies and keeps me up to date with the newest items that might be beneficial. He is very responsive, compassionate and professional. This is the way to run a business!! I highly recommend this business. Thank you so much Midland Medical Supply!

1 /5 Eutimia Valdez: I ordered compression leggings through them, since they only had 1 in my size in store. I contacted them after a week, because i didn’t receive them through mail. I called and the employee informed me that the package said delivered. I told them i would look again, but nothing had been delivered to my door or box. The employee said that he would call their distributor and call me back, i never received a call back. I called back the next day and the employee told me that the distributor said that i would have to file with the post office. Every time i would call i could hear the owner talking in the back ground and he was not willing to help me. I was desperate for these leggings, as i needed them and ordered another two pairs and asked for them to be delivered/shipped to their store and i would pick up from there, and again i could hear the owner in the background saying “it’s the same thing”. They were less than helpful and i am out a pair of $45 leggings and stuck dealing with usps myself. Poor customer service and a less than helpful owner. Very disappointed.

Colby was so sweet and I greatly appreciate him for allowing me to come in a few minutes after closing so I could get the proper walking boot I needed when my doctors office didn’t have the correct size!
