5 /5 Tania Martinez: M salon truly made my day. I was feeling kinda down and wanted to spice my hair up a bit. I called them and they accommodated my time. I was able to meet Grace, and her experience as a stylist made me so comfortable. She is so knowledgeable and was able to tone my hair to perfection. My trim made my hair feel soft and healthy. I will definitely be going back for future trims.

We’ve done everything from long hair to short, red to brunette, to blonde highlights, balayage. She can do it all. I trust her explicitly. The salon is beautiful and very clean. All of the staff are friendly and professional. If you’re looking for a salon to call home, M Salon is where it’s at.

1 /5 Tarren: Make sure you cancel your appointment 24 hours ahead of time by calling them or you will be charged 50% of the cost of whatever your appointment would have been. I had to cancel my appointment because I had a meeting pop up that I could not get out of and M Salon informed me that my card would be charged $50. I would have been happy to reschedule, but that would also have cost me $50. I will no longer be going to this salon. Its unfortunate, because I enjoyed my first haircut there. But I cannot support this kind of customer service. My advice -- dont book your next appointment ahead of time. You never know what will come up that will cost you $50+.

1 /5 Dorsi Harrington: On July 20th I came to this location to get my hair colored and cut. I met with the stylist about 2-3 weeks before the appointment for a consultation to discuss my specific needs. We agreed on a color and specifically told her how I wanted my hair and she reassured me she could do it and the day of the appointment everything went well up until the haircut. It was a disaster from that point on. She obviously didn’t know how to cut my hair mind you my hair is fine and thin and no other hairdresser I have been to had a problem with my hair they always did an amazing job but this was not the case here. The color was amazing exactly what I wanted but the cut was absolutely awful. The ends were uneven and I had to ask her twice to fix it but it only made it worse and I asked her to stop. The bangs I asked for and was assured she could do she couldn’t do and I was so upset and she told me give it some time to settle and it should be fine it wasn’t. I have given it almost 2 months to settle and hopefully it would work and it doesn’t at all!!!! I have to wear headbands now, I shouldn’t have to!!!!! Now my hair color has started to fade at the roots has only been a month it should not happen this soon!!!!! I have been coloring my hair for years and this has never ever happened my roots usually don’t start to show for several more weeks so obviously this color was not applied correctly or the formula or brand did not stick to my hair!!!! I am absolutely livid very upset and disappointed that I spent $350!!!!!!! It was not worth it at all and now I have to let this disaster grow out some more and save up to fix it!!!!! I should not have to do that at all and I have never had to till now has been a very rough year from losing my mom to being in a horrific car accident!!!!! I chose this salon bc of the amazing reviews boy was I wrong!!!!! I’ll never come back here again or recommend this salon. I have never left a bad review before but this time I had to I had no choice too bad I couldn’t leave 0 stars!!!!!! Hopefully I’ll find someone to help me so I can feel good about myself.
