1 /5 Deepika Moharir: One of the worst hair salons Iāve visited in El Paso. I chose this place based on the positive Google reviews, expecting great care for my hair color. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
Luz, the stylist, was very unprofessional. She applied the color aggressively, getting it on my ears and even inside them. Despite this, I patiently waited for the process to be completed. She left the color on for an hour before washing it out, but the wash was rushed and harsh. She didnāt bother to clean the dye off my ears or skin, even though it was clearly visible.
I specifically mentioned that I didnāt want a blow-dry or styling, but that didnāt mean I wanted to leave with dripping wet hair. She didnāt even take the time to towel-dry properly, leaving me to walk out with water running through my hair.
When I got home, I had to rewash my hair myself, only to find dye stains all over my forehead and skin. The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. To top it off, Luz was rude throughout the process. I couldnāt help but wonder if her behavior was influenced by bias or discrimination based on ethnicity.
This was an awful experience, and I wouldnāt recommend this salon to anyone.
