Jane Im a 50 year old winter Texan that needed attention for strange symptoms. Dr Ronald Samuel and his office has been very thorough in addressing my issues. Never before have I had an office that has called me as much as this one. The doctor himself even called me after returning from a few days on nightshift. He has obviously spent time outside of my visit thinking of my symptoms and what to do for me. The experience Ive had with him and his office is everything anyone could want from a doctor! I consider myself very lucky to have him on my side!

Andrea Sands I had all 3 of my children here. I just had my last baby 2 weeks ago. I went in for a scheduled induction and we entered on the ER side. There was a man there that was immediately helpful, he was super nice and walked us up to L&D. During my labor my nurse was named Terrie and she has amazing bedside manner, she is the BEST nurse i’ve ever had! DR Marcantel was also great. All of the staff were so helpful and fast with everything! Everyone made my L&D an absolute wonderful experience especially nurse Terrie! Houston methodist is also great at checking in on you after your care there.

Carlina Jackson We have been here several times and it’s always been good. Close to home always available and easy to schedule. Today though was great! My 5 yr old had a regular well visit with Dr. Propst. He did have a student with him (not a problem). He and the nurse, Robyn were so nice and patient with my daughter. They included her in conversation, talked to her , asked her questions and were just genuinely caring ! Let me not forget when we were checking in the ladies at the desk/check-in were also very welcoming and kind even after an older gentleman was being rude. I had to make sure to get their names also! Thank you Elvia and Kari for your happy welcoming attitude so early in the morning!

Nikki Mendez I was visiting the island on a mini vacation when my dog had persistent diarrhea despite all the usual measures. I thankfully called this clinic near our air bnb and they were able to work my 13 year old dog in to the schedule. The clinic is so cute and located in a beautiful house. It felt very home-like. The staff were very personable. Dr. Fistein came to evaluate my pup and provided the appropriate recommendations. Once labs and sample were back, she provided my dog with 3 pills and 6 cans of wet sensitive stomach dog food. She gave her the first round of antibiotics there. Literally, they worked immediately and only had one accident the next 24hrs and nothing no accidents since. Dr. Fistein is very knowledgeable and I wish I lived closer to make her my dogs’ main vet. She is thorough and prices are very reasonable. She saved my pet from further discomfort, helped us enjoy the rest of our vacation and provided us with an uneventful trip home. As an adult healthcare provider, I was very impressed by my whole experience and could tell Dr. Fistein and her office are top notch! Thank you again!

Chris Kent Our first visit last March with Dr Joseph Ray was great! He is our sons genetics doctor, he was great and very thorough and never made us feel rushed and took his time amd answered all questions. Yesterday we came back to a evaluation with the complex care team, my son was getting over his second ear infection in the past 3 weeks and I just asked if someone could look in his ear and see if it was still infected, there was a piece of wax in the way they said and basically didnt want to deal with, 5 doctors in the room(under Dr Murphy)we had to wait in for 45 minutes for said well we have another appointment to get to and cant hold it up over a ear problem. $116 co pay for that visit and they tell me I need to schedule another appointment with his primary Dr to look at his ear. We drove an hour each way for this visit and there for 3 1/2 hours in a building full of Doctors and nurses and they cant help with my sons ear!

Zephan Lunz My fiance had an appointment with them today for a long time followup. Her mental health has been getting worse and we really needed this appointment to see a professional. They cancelled on her last minute and my fiance had an anxiety attack and wrecked her vehicle. I called them explaining how she cant work and now got into this accident because of her mental health. They did not give any resolution except we had to wait another week and a half for when an appointment opens up again. She needed to be seen today and started on medication today. Bad job UTMB. I do not trust you and your judgement to provide care to my fiance anymore. Bad job.

Margaret Gardner I was very pleased with my recent experience with Texas Cty UC. From the nurse, Sandra, who first saw me to the NP, Alicia Barren, the staff showed so much care and concern. Paid close attention to me when I was explaining my symptoms and asked lots of questions to really try to narrow things down. Alicia was very clear on what they thought was going on, what they were doing/prescribing and what I should look for that might require a trip to the ER over the next few days. She took the time to call me the next day to check on me and see how I was feeling. And she went over again what I should be looking for that might require a trip to the ER. Really great care.

Barbara Humphrey The staff is very nice and understanding.That doctors have great bedside manner.I love the clinic as neat as cleand I will be glad to invite anybody that wants a doctor deere cause the doctors have great bedside manners

Jennifer Holcomb This was my 4th back surgery and, by far, the best experience I have had. Dr. MacDonald was knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate. The office staff are very efficient. I never waited to be seen in the office. I also like the fact that the appointment reminders are sent through e-mail with enough time to cancel if you need to, but not overkill with sending multiple reminders. I will recommend him to anyone who asks me. Thanks again, Dr. MacDonald, and your staff, for a wonderful experience.
