1 /5 mrisdabest2: Called for information. was greeted well. however the lady on the phone turned rude and spoke over me. all of sudden she started speaking in two languages at the same time. very bad customer service. I hope people head over to the McAllen location. where the treatment is exceptional.

1 /5 Steven Zamora: Horrible, They gave me a TB test and They did not contact me until 2 Months later telling me I was positive and that I Needed to go in for an X Ray. Then they had me wait a week just to give me the X Ray. I am still waiting for the Doctor to review my X Ray results. I call in and get treated rudely. I would not recommend anyone go here. With the exception of one nurse They did not help me out to the best of their abilities. Its been 3 weeks I have not been able to return to work and they cant give me a straight answer on if the doctor will actually read my results today. The doctor only goes in once a week. What a joke!

1 /5 Gabz: Ive been applying for jobs in this department and I always get the interview but never get the job. I have so much experience state and federal level and they alway send me a notice after interview that I wasnt selected. This is a compadre system and they wonder why they alway hire every year for the same position

5 /5 Mary Rios: Excellent service from covid workers. They were kind, highly organized, gentle and prompt with their responses. Congrajulations to all of them. They are heroes in my book.

1 /5 Melissa Guerra: Treated horribly. Why assign a case worker and offer to help others and refuse bills and tell patient to pay over 1k when they were covered? Misinformation, rude, contradictory. Never again.
