5 /5 Milagros Arriaga: I went in for an ear infection, and while I was there, my mom started feeling unwell. The staff immediately took her in and attended to her with great care. Since they needed to rule out a myocardial infarction, we had to wait while they ran tests. During that time, Dr. Tucker (I believe that was his name) went out of his way to bring snacks for me and my little girl, knowing we had been waiting for a while. His kindness and thoughtfulness truly stood out. This is exactly how all doctors should be—caring and compassionate. I truly appreciate this place for their attentiveness and kindness!

2 /5 Mariana Huber: This location used to be great. In and out quickly, great staff. However, the new provider, Dr. Tucker, held us up for almost 4 hours. Even when he told us we were done he didn’t sign the discharge papers until after 45 minutes. He was thorough but the time it took to diagnose a respiratory infection was too much.

1 /5 Emily Mendiola: I was there 4 days ago and experienced the worst care. The first time Ive ever had an issue going there. First of all its crazy expensive now. I used to walk in pay my co-pay and nothing else. Now depending on what is done has different charges. Im between PCPs so I had no choice but to stay to get seen. I got tested for covid, strep and flu. It took them about 30 mins to even find my results. Multiple people walked in to ask if I had anything done cause there wasnt anything with my name on it. Finally the NP came back in and was completely confused. Mind you I was on day 3 of being sick. She told me she didnt know what I had but for me to replace my toothbrush. For 3 days I had chills, vomiting, body aches, fever, my throat felt like I ate glass and I was very congested. But she said to return when I finally started showing symptoms and then told me to take allergy meds. Here I am now completely worse and looking for somewhere else to go. I refuse to go back and end up paying triple what I normally pay again.

1 /5 Isaiah Morales: Terrible place. Waited 1 hr and 30 min to be given zofran and PO challenge. I told nurse I had taking it all morning and feeling nauseous and still throwing up but she didn’t care and told me just to wait a little more time before eating jello. Finally saw an NP 2+ hours later who finally evaluated me and didn’t do anything and didn’t know what she was saying. Rather go to South Texas Health System because this place does not care.
