1 /5 Alex Chen: This shop completely botched their task of replacing my oil pan by failing to put new oil in (leaving my engine completely dry and unlubricated.) Consequently, my engine stalled out twice on the freeway, and I incurred thousands of dollars in expenses (new engine, repairs to fix other parts not knowing the engine was the issue, towing expenses, etc.) Seeking some level of remedy/reimbursement, I contacted the shops owner multiple times and they completely ignored me. Thus, I have no choice but to implore - and plead - you to take your hard-earned money elsewhere. This shop is downright untrustworthy and incompetent. Since they clearly demonstrated that they couldnt perform a simple, straightforward job, and stubbornly refused to acknowledge and rectify their mistakes, make the smart choice to steer clear of them. Take your business elsewhere!

1 /5 Dana Browne: My husband saw I had a nail in my tire, so I brought my vehicle here to have it patched. They claim to have looked at my tire and said theres no nail. When I got it home my husband looked again and sure enough theres a dang nail in my tire. Now Im on the side of the road with a flat thanks to these people. Worthless.

1 /5 jay u: we had some front end work done on a vehicle and took it to greatwood automotive center for an alignment. when we picked it up, the car drove straight until the first turn when there was a popping sound and then the alignment was off. due to busy schedules, we couldnt take the car back in for some time to have it looked at. we finally had an opportunity to return to greatwood and have them look at the problem. they stated that a tie rod end was bent and needed to be replaced so we paid for the repair and a second alignment. the car then went out of alignment again and we decided not to take it back a third time as we were moving. we found a local shop that was recommended to have them look at the alignment and see what was wrong and they mentioned that there were no worn parts and that everything was tight. they also mentioned that the car never looked like it had been aligned as they were no visible signs of any adjustments being made to the front suspension. they then perform the alignment which was $100 and after being told about the previous issues with greatwood they advised that if the car comes out of alignment again to bring it back into the shop so they can do additional testing. the car has now been driven for thousands of miles without issue making left and right turns without issue and is perfectly aligned. needless to say, our impressions of the highly recommended greatwood automotive is as low as it can go. theyre very friendly and professional, however, be careful if you take your vehicle here and have persistent "problems" with resolving your issue because it feels like a money grab.
