Geoff Pratt I recently brought my diesel van into Longview Auto Repair with a serious DEF system issue and a glow plug fault, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the first phone call to driving away the same day, Steve and Patrick were absolute pros. They diagnosed and fixed the DEF problem quickly and efficiently — no delays, no runaround. They also took care of a failing glow plug that had been throwing codes for months. The fact that they handled both issues in less than a day blew me away. But here’s what really sealed it: when I got the van back, they had taken it upon themselves to clean out all the muck and grime under the front seats — and I mean years of forgotten gunk. The cabin was cleaner than I’ve ever seen it. No one does that. As a new customer with no history at the shop, I was treated like family. Gary Heard Went there for a leaking tire but couldnt find it. They didnt charge anything for taking the tire off and searching for a leak.

Amanda Hornberger I highly recommend CPR for any vehicle repairs. Just decent customer service is so hard to find these days and they go above and beyond excellent customer service. They have great communication and even followed up with me when they didnt hear back from me. They will take great care of you and will always make sure you are satisfied when their job is complete. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Lindsey Hall Highly Recommend! I took my car to them after my check engine light came on for a misfire. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly. I had oil leaking into the spark plug tubes from the valve cover. They were able to fix the leak and replace the coil boots. They also found another oil leak from the oil filter adapter gasket, and were able to get that fixed. The prices were reasonable. They were super thorough and took pictures of all the problems. They did not pressure me into repairs like other repair shops.

Christian I had airbag and abs codes that were driving me crazy. Robby walked me thru every step before they did anything with my truck. They found a cut wire and fixed everything in 2 days. Thanks again guys! Would rate more stars if i could.

J. B. Problem with my car after a weather event. I’m from south Texas, and didn’t know where to take it quickly to have it looked at to assess safety in getting home. Jessica answered the phone and was so very kind and sweet to speak with. Brought my car in, Justin was able to get it in quickly and assess problems/damage for drivability. Updates were given frequently. The whole experience was great here and everyone was so kind and so helpful.

Tarynn Metcalf Listen when I say this is your go to mechanic shop! We had a transmission fluid leak and Mr. Pryor got us in quickly, found the leak, and had the car finished before lunch. This is our second time using his shop, and each time his service has been great! He also replaced our alternator. Friendly, HONEST, and affordable!
