1 /5 kalkkar: Currently trying to find better wording, few things, if they do not have a native english speaker they need to decline english speakers and not pretend to understand what is being said. Alot of miscommunication from someone named Miguel who they handed the phone to when i told them i know very little spanish has caused massive issues between weeks of no response from them untill recently when they told me they do not send out invoices to be processed by any means which is the first and only mechanic shop to not to do that despite the lady that finally called me said she sent it out then got yelled at by a guy in the back ground and then told me they do not send them out at all. I have texted multiple emails and fax they can send it to with no response and they have blocked my number for no real reason. I only wish i didnt need the vehicle moved that day on a national holiday weekend with every other mechanic shop filled up in surrounding cities or not have the lift to fix it. If you do buisness as a corporate entity or through a buisness office do not ask them for service.
