5 /5 Gene Roblyer: Having lived in Lamesa for a couple years and returning after 20 years away I was invited to attend church by a close friend. She sings in the choir and I came in early to hear her. Beautiful new church being built that Lamesa should be proud of, as a Methodist I am very proud. I travel a lot and always try to attend churches where ever we are. I have attended church and not one person ever greeted this visitor. Lamesa United Methodist was by far the friendliest I have ever witnessed. I was very appreciative and remembered why I loved living in Lamesa. Very proud of Lamesa Retired Ole Gene Roblyer
