Recently I had to use them again and the same quality service and professionalism I remember exists. Their pricing has always been reasonable and they will break down all the costs. EXPRESS LUBE & COMPLETE AUTO REPAIR
Breana Henderson I needed new brake pads and rotors, and have been overcharged before, so I did some research before coming here after leaving another shop earlier today. I felt bad for coming during lunch time, but I could never tell if I inconvenienced anyone because they were so nice and attentive to what I needed. Chris helped me today and he was the best! I got what I needed to be fixed and he showed me some other things that needed attention. I did not feel like he was trying to over sell me on anything. He was amazing and I felt comfortable talking to him. The prices are also very reasonable! If I need any more work done Im definitely coming here, and will be sending my friend here to get her brakes done as well. Thanks for the great and quick service!

Janeth leon Please! Please! Please don’t call them. Stay away from these people. They were supposed to change a radiator in my car last Sunday. First of all, he showed up to late, took my car apart, left it unfinished because he didn’t have the right tool. Promised to come back the next morning. He never showed up. He Called me and said his wife was in the hospital. Didn’t return my calls. Finally they answered the phone told my husband they would be here today. Again they never showed. Now my car is in pieces. Like a big ass Lego in the middle of my driveway and I haven’t been able to close my garage door. They kept promising they would be back. Have not heard from them

My husband and were even able to stop by to have our rear view mirror replaced today in less than 5 minutes. It’s really refreshing to find a honest American repair shop in McKinney. Recommended by family, I have taken my SUV in twice in the last few months for routine work and then just purchased new tires yesterday. Steven Paul Carlos garage, replaced my a/c compressor and condencer, and the a/c works like a new one, you guys did a great job, they also put a timming belt on my daughters Honda Pilot, they did a great job.
